  The main level screened deck right off the great room is our favorite spot for coffee with a beautiful sunrise mountain view in the morning or drinks and conversation in the evening!

  We love to cook & hope you do, too! In addition to plenty of dishes & glasses, the kitchen has a gourmet coffee maker (& coffee!), electric tea kettle, high-quality knives, Instant Pot, electric griddle, popcorn maker, olive oil, spices, & more!

  There's plenty of room to unwind in the spacious and relaxing main level primary bedroom.

  Soak all your cares away in the spacious covered 7-seater jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful wooded backyard!

  Let the games begin! Our spacious game room next to the lower level living room/kitchen has a pool table, dart board, and 75-inch Smart TV. You also have easy access to the backyard, firepit, and jacuzzi.

  There's plenty of seating on the deck with a sofa, chairs, and a large dining table and seats for 12. We also have a propane BBQ grill for delicious al fresco dining!

  Bedroom 1: The main-level primary bedroom has its ensuite bathroom, blackout curtains, a full-length mirror, a dresser, and a cozy seating area with a view of the forested backyard. Extra linens are available!

  Bedroom 1: De-stress in the comfy king-size bed and organic cotton sheets!

  Full Bathroom 1: The primary ensuite main-level bathroom has two sinks, a separate toilet, and entry into a large walk-in closet. Enjoy the luxury orange bergamot-scented toiletries and plenty of towels for all!

  Full Bathroom 1: The primary main-level ensuite bathroom also has a large walk-in shower with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and a soothing jetted soaking tub. Enjoy!

  Bedroom 2: Another cozy main-level bedroom with a king bed, blackout curtains, full-length mirror, dresser, closet, hangers, and luggage racks. Extra linens are available!

  Bedroom 3: Chill out in this cheerful, sunny main-level bedroom with a California King bed & a full-length mirror. There's plenty of storage space with a dresser, closet, hangers, and 2 luggage racks. Extra linens available!

  Full Bathroom 2: The main level shared bathroom has 2 sinks, a shower/tub combo, plenty of towels, and luxury toiletries!

  Half Bathroom: The main level power room is right off the great room.

  If you MUST do laundry, LOL, Casa Quail Ridge has a laundry room with a sink, detergent, an ironing board/iron, and a clothes steamer.

  Bedroom 4: You'll love the privacy of the lower-level primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There's loads of storage with a dresser and a huge walk-in closet! Extra linens, luggage racks, and plenty of hangers are ready to use!

  Bedroom 4: Get ready with the full-length mirror and cozy seat looking out to the forested backyard.

  Full Bathroom 3: The lower-level bathroom is connected to the lower-level primary bedroom. It has a walk-in shower, sink, extra vanity, plenty of towels, and luxury toiletries. It is also attached to a large walk-in closet.

  Bedroom 5: Bedroom 5 is an open room (there are no doors) between the office and the downstairs living room/kitchen. It's a fun space with 4 twin XL beds for kids and adults alike! You'll find 4 luggage racks, a large dresser, & a bean bag chair.

  Need a little alone time? The cozy lower-level library/meditation/zen room with a twin daybed is just the spot for you!
• 
  If work must be done, the lower-level office provides a quiet retreat with high-speed Wi-Fi, a desk, and an office chair.

  There's also a twin daybed in the office space if you need a place to chill out or an additional sleeping space.

  Need a separate space for the kids or teens? We also have a lower-level family/living room with games and a smart TV.

  There is also a kitchen in the lower-level family room. It has another coffee maker, dishes for 8, and plastic cups to take to the hot tub or backyard.
