More Than a Stay: A Place to Reconnect
Tucked into the mountains of Lake Lure, Casa Quail Ridge was designed for the kind of trips you actually want more of—slow mornings with coffee on the deck, afternoons spent exploring the lake or nearby trails, and evenings gathered together under the stars.
With over 3,800 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, this modern farmhouse makes it easy to be together while still giving you room to breathe. Two full living levels give everyone their own space, while cozy gathering areas bring everyone back together.
The Space
- Gorgeous Great Room. Comfy and cozy with lots of seating, a gas fireplace, and artwork on the Samsung Frame Smart TV.
- Gourmet Kitchen. We’ve thought of pretty much everything you might need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Four barstools provide additional seating. And, yes, we provide coffee!
- Dining Seating for 12. Both in our indoor dining room and on our screened-in deck.
- Lower Level Living Space. There’s plenty of room to spread out in our lower-level family room, with another full kitchen and a lounge space with a TV and games.
- Spacious Bedrooms. We offer four rooms with king beds (two are ensuite primary bedrooms) and a sleeping area with four twin XL beds. Please note, this is a pass-through room. You’ll sleep like a dream on our organic hybrid mattresses topped with cozy sheets!
- Lux Bathrooms. Spread out with three full bathrooms (two have tubs) and one powder room. We supply luxury toiletries, including body wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, along with hair dryers.
- Fun & Games. Game room with pool table, darts, cards/poker, board games, and cornhole.
- Hot Tub. Gaze at the stars or take in the forest views from the bubbling hot tub
- Get to Work. Head to the lower-level workspace or work anywhere in the house with our high-speed wifi.
- Chill Out. Enjoy some quiet time in the library/meditation/zen room with books and a twin daybed.
- Laundry Room. If you have to do laundry, we’ve got you covered with a washer, dryer, laundry tub, iron, and steamer.
- Multiple Outdoor Living Spaces. Enjoy morning coffee with a sunrise view or evening drinks and dinner (propane grill included) on the screened-in deck. You’ll also love the fire pit area, hammock by the trees, and front porch seating.
- Quality Time With Loved Ones!
- Casa Quail Ridge is accessible to multiple generations. The main level, including the great room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, laundry room, and screened deck, has step-free access from the garage.
- The lower level has the workspace, library/meditation room, “kids” bedroom, another living space with kitchen, game room, another primary bedroom/bathroom, and access to the hot tub and backyard.
- Dogs welcome! We’re obsessed with our two dogs, Kai and Mak. We love yours too! Please see the house rules for more info.

This was the best experience at Rumbling Bald at Lake Lure. The home exceeded our expectations. This was by far one of the best Airbnb rentals to date. My family and I will stay here again and again. 5 stars all the way! The owners have thought of everything, and the house is beautiful.
